My Mini's leather seats are looking cracked, can detailing fix them?

So I've got a bit of a concern with my Mini Cooper that's been bothering me for a while now. The leather seats, especially the driver's side, are starting to look really tired and cracked, particularly on the side bolster where I slide in and out. I've been using leather conditioners regularly but it doesn't seem to be making much difference, and I'm worried the cracks are just going to get worse and eventually turn into tears. I'm not sure if a professional detailing service can actually restore cracked leather or if I'm looking at a reupholstery job, which I imagine would be pretty expensive. I've also noticed the leather on the steering wheel is starting to get a bit shiny and smooth, which I know is a sign of wear. I'd really like to find a specialist who can assess the condition and give me an honest opinion on what's possible and what's worth doing. I've been looking for Quality Mini Cooper car care specialists in Abu Dhabi that really understand how to work with leather interiors, because I know these cars can be a bit particular. Has anyone here had cracked leather on their Mini restored professionally? Did it make a big difference and roughly how long did the results last? I'm willing to invest in getting it sorted if it actually works, but I don't want to waste money on something that's only going to be a temporary fix.
