Can a rose perfume work for men, or is Portrait Of A Lady completely unisex?

I believe that a nice perfume for a rose might be perfect for the men, which is exactly one reason why I'm impressed with Portrait Of A Lady Perfume. It doesn't seem too "feminine" to me when I put it on. Rather, a well-rounded mix of rich florals, earthy patchouli, warm spices, and woody depth that's sophisticated & assertive. For me, it is a scent which is more about individualism than femininity. I think it's for everyone to enjoy no matter what gender they are, as long as they love a bold, elegant fragrance. My advice is not to make a quick assessment based on the term "rose". Apply it to your skin, wear it for a few hours, and allow the scent to mature before determining if it is a good fit for you.
